System Requirements

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 10.0 + (128 bit encryptions)

If you are not able to use Internet Explorer 10 because of software or hardware limitations (IE10 requires Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or higher in order to install), feel free to consider other browsers; the most recommended are:

• Google Chrome v43.0+ or Mozilla Firefox v38.1+

• Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6.0 or you can download the SVGView.exe plug-in using the following link:

  • (For Windows 7 and above please use:  http://www.adobe.com/svg/viewer/install/beta.html)

For a PDF upload, if you are using Google Chrome as your browser, ensure the PDF viewer or adobe reader plug-ins are ‘always allowed.’ Otherwise, you may not be able to view the document.

Logo Requirements

To customize the look of your reports and periodic statements, we require a copy of the <COMPANY NAME> logo. The file requirements are:

• File type:  .BMP or .JPG
• Image size: Width: 208 pixels, Height: 120 pixels
• Language: English and French logo (if applicable)

SmartPhone/Tablet Requirements

In order to have Ndex fully functional on a smartphone or tablet, the application needs to be opened with Google Chrome as its browser. Generating PDF reports will only work in Chrome.
